"Stayed for two nights. Very lovely setting, clean and well stoked with amenities. Bonus access to hotel facilities which we didn’t have time to use but lovely to walk around the front garden. Paid for the breakfast at the hotel which was worth it in my view! We had the medium room and my teenage daughter was very happy with her massive sofa bed in the living room! Close to shops and restaurants and a pharmacy down the road. True about not providing a bottle of water upon arrival which was a bit disappointing and bit of hike dragging the suitcases on foot up the hill from previous reviews, but it is hilly everywhere in Bellagio so unless you have a car just need to get used to climbing steep hills. Would definitely come back if we are staying in Bellagio again as a a family. Or maybe staying at the main hotel if just the two of us. Love the apartment overall perfect for long stay family holidays in Lake Como."
