"The staff were incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived, allowing us to see two rooms before deciding which room was best suited to my son's accessibility needs as he uses a wheelchair. If you are looking for an accessible room, the deluxe room has an accessible bathroom. The breakfast offered such a huge choice of options suiting every taste and everything was delicious and fresh. The hotel and room were spotless and there were lovely touches such as the chocolate on the pillow each night. The most outstanding aspect of the hotel was deifinitely the friendly and professional staff team. "

"The hotel is conveniently about 400m from Central Station and really close to the Grand Place. The signage around the building is quirky and quite funny. Water was available in still and sparkling varieties around the building free of charge too. We loved the free coffee, tea and games of pool in the lobby. The bar had quite reasonable prices too and like that the hotel services and bar was in the one place. The Wifi was super quick. We liked the opt-in nature of room cleaning and appreciated the eco-friendly manner the hotel conducts itself in. The room was a good size and the bed was super comfortable, we also liked that a few English non-news channels were available on the TV (BBC One and Two). Would recommend this hotel to others in a heartbeat. "
