One of the good choice if you travel to Kyoto

The room got reasonable space and super clean, location is perfect just few minutes walk to Kyoto station. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Though the room was not very spacious, the design was simple n neat. Cleanliness was top notch. Location is fantastic, near to train station n lots of eating places. Highly recommend this hotel.

Highly recommend this place! It’s very clean with friendly staff and a delicious breakfast buffet for only $10 USD. 6 min walk from Kyoto station. Hotel is simple, but has all the basics covered.

Great location and nice hotel

Clean and comfortable. Just a few minutes from Kyoto train station. Breakfast was great, lots of variety and not just Japanese food but some for Western tastes too. Would stsy here again.

Very convenient location for Kyoto station. We used the shinkansen ro arrive in Kyoto and used the buses and jr lines extensively in Kyoto. Took a bus to Nagoya, the pickup point a 3 minute walk, if that, from the hotel. Virtually around the corner from the hotel, facing Kyoto station. The free welcome drinks from 1400 -2000 is a great relaxer after a day on your feet. Hotel laundry 300 yen for either washing or drying..pretty good.

Staffs was super helpful and friendly. A convenience store around the corner and less than 5 mins from Kyoto Station, great location to travel with family and kids.

Good trendy hotel close to the station which is convenient for activities in that area. Friendly staff and good service. The room was ok, our only real complaint is that the bathroom was ridiculously small for the quality of the hotel.

We had a brief stay at Ref but we wish it was longer. The entire staff was kind and accommodating. It was conveniently located near Kyoto station. And the room itself was cozy and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

I often come to Kyoto for business, and I would like to stay at this hotel as much as possible. The service from all the staff is excellent, and the facility is clean. Also, the bed is very dirty. You may sleep better than in your bed at home. There are only good things about this hotel. Kudos to this chain of hotels across the country. Thank you as always.

If you are looking for a convenient clean and safe place to sleep this is it. Cons: very few bells and whistles, verysmall rooms, and prefabricated style bathrooms. Pros:The property is clean and staff is friendly, location is super convenient for train and subway travel, has coin laundry and breakfast. We are big people so a bit tight for us, but overall a great experience. Would recommend for anyone who is not giant and wants a basic place to satay.

Had higher expectations for this considering it was a 4-star hotel. Very clean and minimalistic. Loved the free tea for happy hour. Staff were helpful and super kind. The lobby area was beautiful and so was the room. Only complaint was no matter how long I waited, my sink never got warm or hot water. It was in fact ice cold and I came in December! There was no water or amenities in the room, amenities were downstairs and there just wasn’t any water. Very small room, almost didn’t have enough space and I don’t require a lot. Overall, decent place, just expected more for the price and 4-star rating.
