"We had a big room but the room design was awful so bed room is not a room it is just on the entrance of the salon, hot is not clean, we had 2 nights reservation we could not stay more that one night and we shifted to another hotel. On the time of check out they told me they will refund but expidea informed me that the hotel is not accepting the refund."

"i booked this hotel on champions league final night, only to get there and for them to tell me that they dont have my booking and that they dont deal with hotels.com to then be told, well we have a room but not for that price. i was a single female on her own , crying and telling them i had nowhere else to go. they insitsted they didnt work with hotels.com and that i should contact them. i did this and they left me with no hotel in the middle of istanbul! i was lucky to be alive in the morning...
