"* Very low efficiency * house keeping staff ignored the do not disturb, knocked aggressively at 9am and then stood outside door laughing. * the same member of staff was listening into the room and laughing. This was seen by me via the rooms peaking hole. * room service called at 3am and didn’t speak on the line * orders took too long * for an international hotel with high volume tourists English levels were very low to the point where the phrase “pot of tea” was not understood."

"We had a wonderful 5-night stay at the Istanbul Marriott Hotel Marmara Sea. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, ensuring everything was clean and well-maintained. The beautiful views and comfortable amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. We are not early birds, then we missed breakfast but i heard a lot of good things about it! The pool and spa facilities were outstanding. They were clean, relaxing, and provided the perfect place to unwind after exploring Istanbul. The spa staff were courteous and helped create a truly relaxing experience. What stood out most was the exceptional service throughout the hotel. Every member of the team was helpful, warm, and eager to assist with any request. Their hospitality made our stay memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and would gladly stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for an amazing experience! We will back soon! 👋♥️♥️"

"I would not recommend this hotel to any one I’ve been staying here for the past 4 years this year hit breaking point last Yh I had a issue with the shower ceiling paint started leaking changed room issue resolved this year I had to call reception for clean towels twice. The safe would not open had an issue had to call 3 times in the space of a hour. The shower was overflowing outside the door clearly the seals was not maintained my partner slipped on that water chipper her toe which started bleeding went to concierge for a plaster only to be told they had none left how can a hotel have no plasters left. On another issue the hairdryer had its wall socked ripped off can be missed fair I took it down to reception a new1 came but they didn’t even test it and that was not working after all these issues only thing was a sorry but nothing resolved only positive thing was the spa massage and the Chinese restaurant part of hotel everything else disgrace don’t recommend to anyone."
