"A beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff were friendly and the room was clean and in good condition. Good selection of food at breakfast. The most amazing views from the "city view room" balcony. Would definitely recommend and I hope to stay there again some day. "

"Reception staff, Tatiana and Nikita, were both excellent and couldn't do enough to help us. Room was okay with very comfortable bed but fairly small, and had a shelf and TV placed in a very strange position overhanging the bed - you could potentially knock yourself out if you got out of bed in the night without remembering the shelf was there ! En suite was cramped, and had a glass screen that only covered half the shower, resulting in the bathroom floor getting very wet when the shower was used. Breakfast was very limited and lacked variety. Housekeeping was very efficient, with our room being cleaned whilst we were having breakfast. "
