"Hotel new, rooms are spaciuos, but the rooms have not air conditioning, air ventilation in the bathroom exists but not working, the floor and the coil do not heat, the smell of sewage comes from the bathroom, bad room service,non-fresh yesterday’s food is served for breakfast it’s a cardboard box for German retirees - strongly do not recommend."

"I did not realise that there are two hotels joined together here Marine and Ultra Marine. We were able to visit a bedroom in the Marine and the decor and furnishings were much better. Many balcony , if not all, faced north so no sun at all."

"Uhøfligt personale, de smiler ikke, soger ikke godmorgen/god aften/velkommen (i restauranten og baren) Sindssygt dårlige senge, vi døjede med ondt i ryggen hver morgen og måtte 2 gange til massør under vores ophold på 5 dage. Livredderen så sur ud fra vi kom til vi gik INTET personale kan engelsk! Virkelig utilfredstillende! Dejlig hunde venligt hotel, der stod to hubde senge da vi ankom. Rengøringen kunne man pege og lave fagter med mht. Rengøring af værelse. Virkeli venlig udstråligt trods...
