This is not a dog friendly hotel. The gras area around the hotel is huge and there are signs everywhere that you cant let your dog pee and poo there. You cant even bring the dog to the breakfast or restaurants indoor. Once its raining you have nowhere to eat with them. Beds are hard as a rock. The pillows horrible. Some kind if fake cotton inside. No feathers. Pool is either for babies or adults. Nothing in between. Kids 8-16 cant pkay there unless the only want to swim forth and back. I am sure there are much better hotels in the area.

Wir waren jetzt das 2. mal in diesem Hotel. Leider wurden dieses mal die Marken für die Bademäntel vergessen und im unserem Zimmer ging das Licht in der Küchenzeile ständig an, so daß man Nachts aufstehen mußte um es wieder auszuschalten. Essenauswahl war gut, aber leider haben sich viele Gäste nicht gut benommen und sogar kleinere Kinder einfach weggedrängt.

Der Check in ist sehr langwierig und nervig geworden. Das Personal ist bis auf eine Ausnahme an der Rezeption hilfsbereit und nett. Ansonsten wie gewohnt alles gut. Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker. Im Schwimmbad gibt es leider keine Liegen mehr, nur Plastikstühle. Garage und Parkplätze mittlerweile zu teuer.

Schönes Hotel mit gut ausgestattetem Zimmer. Leider war das WiFi sehr langsam, wodurch es oft zu Internetabbrüchen kam. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr üppig und lecker. Der Check-in und das Checkout verlief reibungslos. Parkplätze, sowie eine Tiefgarage sind auf dem Gelände vorhanden, auch wenn sie nicht ganz günstig sind.

Schönes Hotel direkt an der Ostsee

Schönes Hotel direkt an der Ostsee, das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und schön. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück reichhaltig und gut. Es stehen mehrere Kaffeeautomaten im Frühstücksraum, aber die Arbeiten relativ langsam, sodass man ab und zu etwas warten musste um seinen Kaffee zu bekommen - aber das ist „meckern“ auf hohem Niveau. Die 3 Saunen sind gut, aber es befinden sich viel zu wenig Liegen (nur 6 Stück) im Saunabereich - das ist schlecht. Einen Abend müssten wir über 1 Std. auf unsere Pizza (übrigens sehr lecker) warten und erst auf Nachfrage kam heraus, das wir vergessen und unsere bestellten Pizzen an einen anderen Tisch geliefert wurden. Der verantwortliche Manager hat sich aber gleich entschuldigt und 2 Aperol Spritz als Entschädigung für die Wartezeit vorbeigebracht. Uns hat es im Hotel sehr gut gefallen.

Schreckliche Gehend mit riesigen, anonymen Hotels und Apartmenthäusern. Das Seaside ist sauber, aber kalt und unpersönlich. Frühstück chaotisch. Keine gemütliche Bar, dafür ein gigantisches Kinderspielzimmer mit Kletzerwand und Discomusik.

Wunderbares Apartment mit hervorragenden Service

Wunderbarer Familienurlaub im Apartment. Essen, Service, Spa, Rezeption, Behandlungen, Fitnessstudio, Kinderanimation und Umgebung alles tipptopp. Einziges Mango, man muss täglich die Zimmerreinigung beauftragen, macht man dies nicht, kommt auch niemand. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage oder draußen vor dem Hotel gegen überteuerte Gebühr möglich. Hier könnte man den Preis ein wenig nachgeben.

Hotel neuf avec des appartements superbes !! Petit déjeuner très correct. Hôtel très calme ,avec mur d'escalade. Près de la plage. Personnel très professionnel. Parking payant mais très pratique.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und umfangreich, das Schwimmbad war sehr gut zum Schwimmen (25m-Becken), Spielen und entspannen geeignet und (im Sommer) nicht überlaufen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Apartment war groß, hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Entfernung zum Strand war sehr gut. Wir haben uns mit unseren 3 Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Sehr sauber, schönes Schwimmbad mit Bademeister, nur das Springen vom Startblock war nicht erlaubt, musste immer erst gefragt werden. Fußbodenfliesen in der 90 Grad Sauna zu heiß, man verbrennt sich die Füße. Check Inn problemlos verlaufen, Zimmer war schon fertig. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. 4 Min. vom Strand entfernt.

Grundsätzlich schönes Hotel am Rande vom trubeligen Kolberg. Leider haben viele Zimmer nur Blick auf die Nachbargebäude. Personal war sehr freundlich und nett. Frühstück war umfangreich und abwechslungsreich. Wir würden noch einmal wieder kommen.

Es ist alles sehr modern und sauber. Das Hotel ist auch sehr gut für Familien geeignet. Das Frühstück ist ok, aber nichts besonderes. Das Abendessen im a la Carte Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert und hat uns am meisten Überrascht.

Die Kletterwand ist toll. Aber leider ist die Bar im Zentrum des Hotels und Musik nur am Wochenende offen und der Raum wirkt immer sehr leer und kalt. Zudem gab es keinen Meerblick, obwohl dieser per E-Mail bestätigt wurde. Parken draußen kostet extra. Eine Rechnung haben wir leider bisher noch nicht bekommen, diese sollte per E-Mail zugeschickt werden.

Schönes Hotel - 4 Sterne sind angebracht

Sehr guter, schöner Urlaub. Wir hatten das 85m2 Appartement. Sehr schöne große Wohnung. 2 Bäder, ein Riesen Balkon - top modern alles. Täglich werden neuen Handtücher geliefert. Täglich werden die Mülleimer geleert. Eine komplette Zimmerreinigung muss man bis 11Uhr für den Folgetag anmelden. Wir haben dies 1x genutzt - beim ersten Mal hat es nicht funktioniert. Nach Beschwerde an der Rezeption wurde dies jedoch sofort am Folgetag ausgeführt. Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht, für 80Zloty p.P. hätte man Buffet für abends vor Ort buchen können. War uns zu eintönig und zu teuer, man bekommt für 4 Personen inkl. Getränke für ca. 40€ im Durchschnitt in der Stadt jeden Tag leckeres Abendessen. Restaurants sind sehr viele vorhanden. Schwimmbad und Sauna waren sauber und sehr schön zu nutzen. Die Kinder hatten ihren Spaß im Kinderbecken und großen, tiefen Swimmingpool. Wir werden wieder nach Kolberg fahren, ob es das Hotel sein wird - mal sehen. Es sind viele schöne Hotels an der Promenade vorhanden.
