"Filthy rooms badly in need of updating (see photo of tub). Leaky faucets. Wifi was patchy at best. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Completely not worth the money and quite a ways away from Central Gangtok. Nothing within the resort to stay in and enjoy either. We will not be returning - and recommend you please stay away. There are plenty of other options in Gangtok for this high a price"

"The resort very is nicely maintained including garden and well kept rooms. A very very courtious staff. Though the food is average but , considering the town, its better than other places."

"Hotel was good and reception was very good. However I noticed two things that could be improved. We stayed for a couple of nights. The bed was very soft and was giving a back ache. It would be good for one night stays but for longer stays, the beds are soft. Second was the bathrooms didn’t have floor towels or mats. After the shower the bathroom floor gets wet and has high probability of slipperiness. Not good for old people. "

"1) Resort map direction led us to different place and we had to search around little bit. 2) Location of resort is not great. 3) Resort was not worth for the amount we paid. 4) Bath room was stinking when we checked in and wash basin was over flowing. After reporting issue though a person attended but it was not fixed."
