The lobby is a bit underwhelming, but the room was very nice—clean, spacious, and comfy—and the breakfast bar (which even has a whole outdoor seating area) was absolutely stellar. "Great place, centrally located, convinience store next door, 10mins walk from Arbat/Panfilov/Ascension/GreenBazar. Hotel staff were helpful, the only place that offered water refills instead of std 2/ day plastic bottles. Mildom uses glass bottles + a large jug in each room that all guests could refill.very practical! Toilet with bidet is almost a luxury in Almaty! Food was awesome &a generoud spread compared to several others. HAPPY KIDS makes it worth the proce which is also reasonable given the entire experience"

Throughout my two-week stay, I was deeply impressed by the high standard of service provided by the reception staff. Every team member was courteous, professional, and attentive to every detail. My room was consistently spotlessly clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I would like to extend a special note of gratitude to the hotel manager, for his for his exceptional coordination, and to the front desk team for their warm hospitality.
