"The views are spectacular. The staff is friendly and helpful. Love that each room has its own sauna. Take advantage of the restaurant for lunch or an early dinner. Managing the gondola timing is easy. And if you miss the lower gondola, there a taxis that can take you to the second stop. We had more than enough time to go to the city and make it back before the last gondola."

"The staff and location were great. There was a stream and cafe nearby, so it was perfect for a walk or a coffee break while soaking up the negative ions. There was a shopping mall and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, so it was convenient for shopping and eating. There is no elevator, so it may be difficult if you have a lot of suitcases."

"Being a first time visitor from Australia I was helped out by the young man who checked me in. He helped me out with all the local restaurants and other places. Especially encouraged me to try the local horse meat. Great choice. Very friendly staff and great location and well kept hotel. Breakfast was also great value and quality.
