"Our hotel stay was amazing. Very helpful front desk and hotel staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Many of the staff spoke English and were very helpful on local information and suggestions. Housekeeping staff were there every morning and supplied water, tea and coffee to our room. Our original stay was for 7 days but we had to extend our stay twice, and the hotel staff took care of everything. "Great short stay in the center of Almaty during a transfer on Air Astana. Young desk staff were wonderful and helpful. Airport transfer efficient. Room was better than I had expected given the price I paid. Breakfast buffet was excellent if not effusive. Love the local options. Lobby is grand. Location central. A/C struggled during hot spell."
