There was a shopping mall and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, so it was convenient for shopping and eating. There is no elevator, so it may be difficult if you have a lot of suitcases."

"We weren't very pleased with this place. For starters, we found out upon arrival that we had to pay 6000 tenge for two people/two nights. The hotel will assess these fees, charges and surcharges upon check-out." The staff claimed this was a newly imposed tax from Feb 2023....
