"I have been to Pattaya like 7 times and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed. The staff is so friendly and the room was perfect. No charge for female guest. The pool and location perfect."

"The room itself was fine. The location is great!! The check-in and out process is a joke. I don’t want to join group chats to have to communicate with the place I’m staying. However, the thing that drove us nuts and others staying there is the keys and the elevators. You must have your key card to go up or down an elevator. Let’s just say that there are two of you in a room and you have different things to do. There is no way that you can both go because you don’t have keys to the room or...
