"I really love this hotel and the view that it provides. The staff is top notch and incredibly helpful and extremely professional. The staff operates with a great sense of purpose and detail. Thailand is an incredibly safe country, but this hotel adds a second layer that makes you feel at home. I rate this hotel a 10/10, and I can't leave out how tasty their food is. Breakfast is always incredibly great. It's like they push a button and it comes out wonderful each time. I can't figure it out, but still love it."

The only thing missing is a direct connection to the beach and amenities. All staff are friendly, helpful, well-trained, and professional. It is a perfect escape and a mind-healing place. "
"Center of Pattay beach, short walk to the beach, a mile to then end of the beach either way. Parking was easy. Food was very good. Pool was excellent! If we go back, it will be tough to beat. "
"The hotel is beautiful and luxurious with wonderful views from our Theme Room. The two swimming pools are magnificent. We were very happy with our room (actually two rooms, a bedroom and a separate lounge room). The staff are amazing, including reception, valets, security, the restaurant staff and the bar manager. Breakfast was delicious for local and western tastes. We had a few dinner meals and drinks in the bar area as we enjoyed the service and ambience there. A special thanks to the bar manager, Ton, who looked after us magnificently. He took our food and beverage orders always with a friendly smile and treated us as his special guests. His English is excellent and his help to us was amazing. We stayed for four very enjoyable nights at the hotel, and will love to stay again."
