"Excellent location to the beach. A bit of an older conditioned Hotel. Good breakfast buffet. Has a bowling alley! Still not sure if there is an indoor bar. I broke my bathroom drinking glass = 50 baht. Not a lot, but unexpected. I asked the concierge to call me a taxi to go 1.2 miles to the bus station. He told me I could walk with my suitcase in 95° weather. I’m a US Marine, yes, I could have hump there. But i’m not here for hot weather training. Lol "

"We booked a pool access room which was really nice. There was a small couch seat on patio, it would have been better of there were lounging chairs instead as they were typically taken at the pool. So we couldn’t relax as much on our patio. The patio had lots of little Nat like bugs which also made relaxing a challenge. Room was a good size however there were very minimal places for your stuff: clothes and toiletries etc. bathroom was a good size otherwise. We couldn’t seem to adjust temperature despite being able to change the settings. Room was freezing. We ended up turning the system off completely most of the time. Hotel is right at end of walking street so nice access. Beach pool is across the street from hotel. Main pool is really warm! Breakfast buffet had lots of great options to choose from. The gym is small but has enough equipment for a workout. The AC is only in one section so it gets very hot! No sweat towels either. Overall was a great hotel. "

"Perfectly good hotel. Not fancy but clean, inexpensive and close walk to Pattaya main city and beach (not that I would recommend either!). Nice Mexican restaurant just outside."

"The front desk girls were amazing. The maintenance staff not very personable and look like a high school kid. The room was atrocious! This hotel DEFINITELY needs updating both inside and out. Huge pool, but very little lounge chairs and umbrellas. It's Thailand for goodness sake...It's hot here! The beds were like sleeping on a piece of wood, and my wife had a sore back for 3 days afterwards. The air conditioning was barely operable and NEVER cooled the room down to the selected temperature of 25C. We rented a room with a queen and twin bed. They are on wheels and would move if you turned over to fast. This photos online are deceivingly nice, not what you will receive. The maintenance that has been performed looks like it was done by inexperienced individuals. The breakfast buffet was blah! Nothing at all worth noting. I would look for something else entirely. On a plus note there is a little cafe called "Chillin Home Cafe" Great food, great atmoshere that is right up the street. "
