Great Location

We were very impressed with the room. It was clean and big with cooking facilities microwave plus fridge. There is a good sized pool plus a smaller children’s pool But for me the buffet breakfast was the standout it catered for many ethnic tastes and delicious Previously i have stayed in Pattaya but this hotel is now by far my preferred place Thankyou to all your excellent staff for a happy stay

By far the worst hotel we’ve stayed in during our 17-day trip in Thailand. It has it all: not clean, terrible and not fresh breakfast, unfriendly staff overall except for housekeeping, loud, worn out and much more. The hotel is rated 5 stars but that is absolutely overrated. We came from a 3 star hotel on Koh Samet and this was MUCH cleaner and better overall. Even the central Pattaya hotels we’ve visited were much better. The hotel is visited by mostly lower grade Russians and Chinese and they behave as expected. Will never visit again and suggest everybody to skip this hotel.

I would advise not to stay in bldg 2. Older part of hotel. Air con exchanger blowing on balcony makes balcony unusable.

All around a great Hotel Experience, Room was really Comfortable and clean, Bedding was very Good, Breakfast and Hotel Kitchen put out Good Food, The 2 Things that were below par was the WiFi was Super slow to the point it was useless to try and use most the time, to use my laptop I used my phone for a Hot Spot, And then the water Temperature in the shower was impossible to dial in, it Constantly went from Way to hot to Cold,

I got charged for a glass that was on the edge of the table when I walked by . You have too many tables at breakfast making it difficult to walk through without accidents happening . The food was always cold , the pool chairs and cushions need replacing the older rooms need updating and the pool needs cleaning . I left on Dec 3 heard there as an accident with a man falling in pool due to not cleaning pool . There were 5 people in pool one day spitting yelling splashing I complained nothing was done .

こじんまりしたプールがのんびり出来て良かった！ 大通りから少し入っているので夜も静かで良い。部屋は古くもなく新しくもなくと言った感じすが清潔感あり、キチンと掃除されている点も良い。 朝食は品数豊富とは言えないが必要十分、一つ一つも美味しくレベルは高い、エッグスタンドも上手に硬さもコントロールしてくれて美味しかった。 ジョムティエンでは、また泊まりたいホテルです。
