One of the nicest places to stay for UTK parents. Clean rooms, great bathrooms and close to campus. If I have one complaint it is that on a weekend day where sports would be on TV, the hotel bar is closed until 4pm. Otherwise, we try to stay here every time.

Very convenient to UT, short walk to Gay Street and Market Square. Location is very good. The staff suggested that the hotel was in the midst of a management change. I loved the hotel atmosphere and ambiance. The rooms were updated and clean. Everything smelled good! The only negative is that you have to pay for parking but it was easy. I wish I had stayed more than 1 night.

Repeat customer. Great location for our purposes. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Bathroom shower could use a deep clean. Did not have breakfast this stay as menu was very limited compared to the great options prior. Parking is at a premium all over Knoxville but the price to pay on property is way too excessive!
