"The staff were very friendly and helpful. We requested a quiet room as we are very light sleepers and unfortunately the bedroom was right on the road, so didn’t manage to sleep.
The carpets could do with replacing. Plus the restaurant was not serving any food and there was no breakfast available.
However, it was convenient for our needs but sadly won’t be staying again unless there is a refurbishment and double glazing fitted."

"Room was lovely, staff and services very good, buffet breakfast very good unfortunately the whole experience was spoiled for us by the HGV delivery lorry that arrived outside our window at 6am and left the engine running for the entire 45 minutes it took to noisily unload, really wouldn’t be acceptable in Japan"
