"Absolutely perfect. Instructions are very clear , place was pristine . I was surprised at the size of the property as I thought it would be smaller . Good size bedroom,kitchen, living space and even the bathrooms was good with a rainfall shower and normal wand (I’m 6ft4 so that makes a difference ) very handy and detailed handbook helping you with any questions or queries. Communication was excellent from the host. Really pleased with my overall experience "

"Very close to Rutland water. Loads to do at Rutland. Rural location only accessable by car. The owner kindly let us charge the car at the house (we worked out and paid for the electricity used). I was pleased to find there is a freezer in the kitchen. There were lots of kitchen utensils which made cooking easy."

"We were all looking forward to our short Christmas break and we were not disappointed.. The cottage was easy to find and we had early access. The heating was on and everything looked cosy. Louise had left a hamper and a bottle of Champagne - thankyou The bedrooms were of good size and the beds were comfy with a bedroom downstairs with accessible bathroom which was for us invaluable. "Modern, clean stay in Loughborough, close enough to the high street, parks, and shops. The place was great for our little family and hosting the cousins we came to visit for a little sleep over thanks to pull out couch. Well equiped kitchen, and parking was right in front. "

"i went with my daughter, had an amazing time! my cousins were at arena uk just 7 mins drive. so had the comfort of being able to relax at the beginning and end of day. Loved the fact had internet and watch all my favourite programmes on Netflix etc. My daughter was able to chill in her own room with tv at the end of a busy day. "

"Lovely welcome, big comfortable warm room in a fine old building. No fridge, which seemed odd. There was a kitchen area with microwave after all. But that was the only (small) issue. We enjoyed our two nights there very much. The cooked breakfast was really good and we liked the bar on the ground floor. "The house was nice but the cleaning was not. There was no dining table as advertised - which was disappointing as we want to do a family meal. Also I would definitely not describe the kitchen as well stocked."
