"Fantastic view of the ocean from all rooms and outdoor Onsen; friendly and helpful staff; delicious food; "

"Had an amazing stay! Loved our relaxing time there and the city was beautiful. Went on a lovely hike. Hug and Momo were so sweet and such a great treat! The hosts were so welcoming and also had great recommendations for our trip going forward! Would love to stay again! "

"My wife and i were here for snowboarding, and really enjoyed our stay. The location’s central, has a Seicomart just across the road, petrol station, and a coin laundry within a stone’s throw. And a Coop (supermarket) just down the road aswell. The bedroom configuration is pretty compressed/tight but that’s not too bad. Everything else is great. "

"A very convenient place to stay near the canal and within easy reach of all the central shopping areas"

"Very good experience"

"Convenient location, spacious rooms, clean and friendly staff."

"Tucked in a quiet neighborhood, simple, but pleasant and spacious for the 4 of us. We weren’t there a lot of the time, but for tourists wanting a good place to stay while visiting Otaru, it was nice."

"So good"

"Very nice hotel and a comfortable stay. Good location from station, restaurants and attractions."

"Check in was great. Staff was lovely. Facilities were better than expected. The rest area was amazing."

"Great location"

"Rooms were nice and spacious, with comfortable beds and a clean washing machine, which is perfect after a day of snowboarding!"

"The location was interesting and I enjoyed the night walks at the canal. It is admittedly a bit far, hard to walk especially in the snow, but just take note of the bus timings!"
