This was the best hotel experience in our Hokkaido trip! Service was top-notched and the staff was treated you with genuine care, give us home feelings and very patient even if we can’t speak Japanese. 旅館地點非常好，有市景有海，新館的客房有私人溫泉，泉水不間斷的流出真的很奢侈，館內也有陳列很多藝術品，餐點是典型日式料理，女將雖然不會講英文但還是很努力的溝通，很可惜大浴場在維修 唯一的缺點是交通不變，雖然離火車站很近但是用走的有點距離，搭計程車去比較妥當

직원들도 친절하시고 가이세키가 정말 완벽했어요! 아침도 평소엔 밥 아예 안 먹는데 두 공기나 먹을 정도로 맛있는 한상차림 이었습니다. 노천탕 개인탙 할 것 없이 수질관리, 청소 모두 완벽하고 흠 잡을 곳 없었습니다. 본관 2층에서 머물렀는데 전 이용하진 않았지만 엘리베이터도 있습니다. 오타루항이 보이는 온천이 정말 매력적이었어요!!
