This was the best hotel experience in our Hokkaido trip! Service was top-notched and the staff was treated you with genuine care, give us home feelings and very patient even if we canโ€™t speak Japanese. Food was freshly and delicious prepared in course for both dinner and breakfast. Private onsen is well-maintained. Definitely will stay again!
