"Our experience at the hotel was fantastic. We were welcomed by Andrea at reception on the Friday who checked us in and gave us the information required. We went to the swimming pool in the evening and they gave you complimentary towels and to our surprise there was a sauna and steam room too, this was not listed on the hotel.com site so that was a bonus. Breakfast in the morning, we were always greeted by Josh who always accommodated our dietary need by bringing out veggie sausages, and we had a lovely time talking to him, always happy to see you. The hotel guests were polite and friendly and had plenty of conversations. I will be going back there, the staff were great and that made it an enjoyable stay. One thing i did notice was that the air con was not working in the room, it just blew out air, i forgot to mention it to reception."

"Lovely stay, was nervous as some reviews were not good but surprisingly had a great experience. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The place was clean and well maintained. Our rooms were great and had everything we needed. The place was clean and the bed was super comfortable good nights sleep had. We had a/c which worked well. Breakfast was included which was great value. "
