"We always stay at the Stricklin when we make a trip over to Florence. We love that we can walk to dinner, then come back to the hotel and hang out at the bar until bedtime, and then wake up and eat the BEST breakfast food ever at "Big Bad Breakfast". It is the PERFECT date night!"

"The place was cute and for fishermen it’s perfect. There’s a lot of steps and the rail is not made for little kids but all of that is well represented in the listing. We would absolutely positively rent again. There’s a place to pull the boat at the dock and even was able to get it out of the rain and still fish while waiting for the weather to pass. It’s more than water front but actually sits out over the water. It’s just a nice place for a great price. It’s not the fancy but perfect for us. Chuck was also a great host!"
