"Magnolia Manor is an awesome VRBO property. We had 16 guys there for a golf trip and I didn't hear anything but positive feedback about the house and location. And trust me...if my guys didn't like something, they wouldn't hesitate to tell me. The house was spacious, clean and stocked with everything you need. The boat dock became a popular place to hang out. It's quite the walk down to it and then back up, but it was well worth it. We had an amazing stay and I dealt with an amazing host (Rickey) that was a great, prompt communicator. Looking for a large property on Smith Lake? Look no further....Magnolia Manor should be your choice!"

"I slept well on this mattress and the pillow selection was wonderful. I do prefer a coffeemaker in my room. This is not standard on this property. The property is noisy on the front side due to highway traffic; however my travel mate did not hear the traffic on the backside."

While being very secluded there is a grocery store, great Mexican restaurant and Dollar General less than 20 minutes away. Great views from the living room windows and back deck of the lake. Very clean and comfortable little cabin."
