"My wife and I stayed a few days while we were working in Florence. The place was great, it was close to everything but it was still far enough away you couldn't see or hear any major traffic. The house was well equipped with everything you would need. We enjoyed drinking our coffee in the morning on the back deck overlooking the water. If we have to come back in that area again we will book the same place. Thanks Charles and Toni for a nice place to stay!"

"Dana was an incredible host! Extremely communicative and accommodating. The pool house is tidy and providing a cozy place to live for the week. I was able to make several meals and the kicthen is well stocked with all utensils you would need. The neighborhood is very quiet and made it easy to work from the location as well. I would absolutely book again and plan to on future trips. "

"The description does not say uou must climb rickety stairs and it says it was freshly remodeled and yet the tin ceiling near the fridge was coming down and the attempted to fixed the foundation by droping bags of cement in the harbor waters that it sits in. "

"I enjoyed the feel of the container home, and the area was quiet and respectful of privacy even with so many people around. It was an easy location to find, and the container home was clean, neat and set up well. There were some minor maintenance problems that were inconvenient, but the concierge over text was very polite and reactive even though repairs could not be made in the time of my stay. Overall, a nice place to rest while I spent time in the area."

"After having to text the owner for arrival instructions multiple times the day of my arrival, I finally received a message with a code for the door. The exterior door didn't work well and was not very secure at all. Upon entering the building I had to climb 2 flights of stairs, the first flight was normal, but the second flight was immediately inside the 'apartment' and incredibly steep. The apartment reeked of cigarette smoke and the heat was not on. There were 2 electric heaters that were very...

"My husband and I stayed for a week. Our children and grandsons came out and spent time with us on the lake. We were able to dock our boat so we could do some boating and also swimming off the pier. We had a wonderful time and will definitely go back."

"The property was so pretty. We did misunderstand that there isn’t any food available. Everyone was very friendly and helpful though. They pointed us to some great restaurants. It you can bring your own pillows! They were very flat and also an extra blanket would be good. We’d stay again but would make preparations for the needed items. If you need anything just ask the friendly staff!"

"My husband and I were in town to visit relatives for a few days. The place was as advertised. Comfortable king sized bed (we didn’t use the queen bedroom since it was just us.) We did try to contact the owner because the WiFi wasn’t working, but never heard back from him. It really wasn’t an issue for us since we didn’t spend much time there anyways. Very close to downtown."
