"I was a bit surprised by the hotel compared to the price I paid.. I expected a little more luxury. Price was at least 30 to 40% higher than it should have been for that quality hotel. But there was a good bed and things were clean. I was most impressed with Melanie at the front desk. I arrived at 1:30 and had to be at a meeting dressed in Business attire by 4. She told me it would be impossible to get in my room before 4:00. When I insisted in a nice way and told her the pressure I was under to be at this meeting as a special guest, she started making calls and found a way to make it work and gave me a different room I appreciated that so much and every other time I had any interaction with the front desk. They were very gracious and friendly."

The uniqueness of this locally owned boutique hotel was worth the price. Exquisitely comfortable beds! Lovely gathering space that all rooms opened out onto. Rooftop deck was beautiful.
