"This is a very beautiful property, built around the nature and with a logoon extending into the property. Plenty of amenities to enjoy, rent and view. The highlights were the marine life that you can view in the lagoon including dolphins, turtles, manta rays and fishes. The pool is large and is fun for families and kids. Also there is plenty of native Hawaiian, Pacific islander, Burmese, Than and Indian art pieces ardonened throughout the property. A few pieces that can be better. The AC in the room was not effective and several families had to ask the hotel staff for fans. The house keeping of the rooms were not clean always and you had to ask for decent cleaning of the rooms. The tram was functional only on part of the property and the boat canal was not working. Finally the food at KPC was super disappointing. Highly recommend skipping KPC in favor of better tasting and less expensive options elsewhere."

"The resort is beautiful, but very spread out. The tram didn’t run often enough, so it was a lot of walking. I enjoy walking, so not a big deal for me, but it would be for someone who can’t. I walked over 5 miles the one day we stayed at the resort. The staff was great and the room fantastic."

"The was absolutely nothing negative about this property. Location was convenient and excellent, rooms were very clean and organized. Everything was there that you needed. Host was very communicative and polite. We had our own parking garage."

"This place was amazing! It fit all of us comfortably (2 adults, 6 kids) and everything was clean and beautiful. The garage had chairs and coolers, life jackets, and boogie boards. The in complex pool was super close and fun, and the unit is very close and easy to get to the Hilton pools. Also walking distance to Queens Market, and also Kings if you wanted to walk there. Amazing place, thank you!"

The furnishings are high-end and tasteful, nothing generic or worn — it genuinely elevated the whole stay.The kitchen deserves its own shoutout. "I was very happy with this property. The size was great and the view of the golf course was extremely nice. There's lots of shopping within walking distance as well as a short walk to the beach. Property has a nice swimming pool and Jacuzzi and the grounds are beautiful. I would highly recommend it and would potentially stay there again if I was on the Big island. They also have laundry at the facility and a full kitchen. Very convenient."

"Great location near Queens Market and Kings as well. The room has everything you need for a day at the beach. Really appreciated the laundry supplies. Great view of the golf course. Quiet, pretty grounds. And a sweet cat that lives to be petted cruises the grounds. The carpet was really quite dirty. Stains and pieces of popcorn and hair ties were stepped on. The blinds in the kitchen didn’t go all the way down as they were broken on the bottom. Besides that, we really enjoyed the room and stay. We would book again if they steam cleaned the carpet."
