"It was very nice that people leave their leftover Staples in the fridge and cabinet. It was a very nice property. Water pressure in the shower could have been much better. The handheld shower in the bathtub did not work. Four Seasons could have been more accommodating when it comes to people with disabilities. My husband needed to sit in the shade and could not walk far. I got up early every morning to reserve seats at the pool. In the beginning, this process worked well. The last several days, it was a challenge to keep our stuff from being moved because they did not think we were accessing the chairs. One day it wasn’t that there weren’t cover chairs available, it was because the people wanted the chairs we had. My son, who is autistic, asked workers to help him find a spot in the shade. They did. He came back to find his stuff was moved. We spent everyday at the pool, ocean, snack shack. You should not have to worry that you come back to your chairs and they are being reset. Now, there were workers there who talked to him and helped him quite a bit which we appreciated. Overall, it was a good experience."

"We had a fantastic vacation here. The resort was beautiful, relaxing, great staff and service. We had several amazing dinners at Moana, the New York strip was phenomenal, grilled prawns were delicious, the house sourdough bread was on point, wine selection was good. Breakfast at Moana was also great, the French toast and the omelette should not be passed up. We also had dinner at the four seasons one night and it was not even close to being as good as Moana. The beach is a relaxing vibe, never felt crowded, just a serene view with relaxing waves to listen to, we had lunch and drinks at the shipwreck bar, grilled fish Baja tacos and ceviche with Island lagers really nailed it. They have a complimentary coffee bar open at 530 am with fresh fruit and the chocolate croissant was delicious , we did that every morning and worked out in the gym which has everything you need. Only comments which are not really complaints but could be improved, dinner at Kahuwai cookhouse could be better, the burger didn’t really impress for the price, bbq oysters also didn’t impress, needed more flavor on both, seems a missed opportunity for them to not have wood fired pizza or just a more bbq over fire focused menu, we would have loved that. Overall I would give it a 10/10, we will come back and plan to visit other Rosewood resorts after this."

"This place was in the perfect location to explore Kona. It exceeded our expectations and was exactly as described. The beds were really comfortable, the kitchen was huge and there was ample space for our family of 7. The pool, treehouse and backyard were great for the family. I would definitely love to stay here again."

"a better description about the two showers would have been helpful-one shower is indoor and the other shower is outdoor. thankfully many of us didn't mind using the outdoor showeralso, it might be nice to know that the only walls that are floor to ceiling are those in the bathroom/toilet area (it's hard to tell by the pictures that the bedroom walls don't go to the ceiling)some notes for the owner-you may want to supply face towels (there were only bath and hand towels), the blankets smelled musty (even after washing and using dryer sheets), several of the screens need repair (holes where mosquitoes/bugs get in), the sliding screen doors don't match up well so mosquitoes/bugs get in, we found two centipedes inside the house. i realize we are in hawaii where insects are abundant however any measures to limit critters inside would be nice."
