"It takes 3 days for the housekeeping to clean the room and change the bed sheets. The staff were not helpful as I thought. I will not come back to this hotel."

"Great place to stay when your going to be spending time at disneyland the free buses all day where amazing. Hotel was beautiful. Honestly would highly recommend. The fact that we where able to easily get to the other 2 disney hotels was great. Exploring the other resorts and there restaurants."

"great location, next to Langham Plaza shopping mall and metro station. room is very nice, clean and with fantastical view. Pool at the 41th floor is very beautiful. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful."
