There was 5 of us in a room and they continued to give us only 4 towels so we were always having to request additional towels and we were there for a 4 night stay. Otherwise no issues, just inconvenient to have to request everyday

Normally, being by the elevators does not bother me. Unfortunately, it was incredibly loud and noisy. It literally sounded like the people were in my room. Not fun to be woken up at 6:00 in the morning or late at night, both times I wish that the other guests were more considerate of the noise levels of the groups as there was kids soccer tournament. Situations kept happening that I did not have much patience for at the end I understand and respect it was a very busy weekend , I Could not utilize the pool or roof top because my keys wasn't working (It ends up being a systemal issue). Couldn't utilize room service as no one told me about the numbering system until the last order. One of the staff was very rude to me when asking for extended check out due to a later flight. One of the managers however, was the only one that was very helpful in all my frustrating situations allowing me to vent. I would love to try and stay here again, but far from the elevators. Must note the fries are amazing!

The door lock didn’t lock properly on the door we had to lift the door to lock in place which is a hassle with kids to make sure the door is locked properly Also one of the rooms none of the tv worked and the staff couldn’t figure it out why

Bring your ear plugs to this hotel. We were given an adjoining room & the guy next to us decided to play his rap music @ 4:30 am. Between him & the loud road noise, we got very little sleep. Not much soundproofing in this hotel

First time I paid for parking in such a hotel. They are so money minded. No microwave in the room, even no one bottle of water. I paid $215 per night. I regret to say that I won’t recommend to my friends to this hotel.

Room was quiet and clean. Beds were comfortable and cozy. Best continental breakfast I’ve ever had - freshly made scrambled eggs/ sausages/ seasoned hash browns and waffles!

The Hotel was decent but being locked in an elevator for 10 minutes with no emergency response, has me thinking I won't go back. Quite a stressful experience. And being charged $6 for a coffee when the server knew full well that there was complimentary coffee in the lobby, was a little ridiculous as well.

The main floor lobby is always accessible without a key card though by pressing open door. Enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful and clean property. Enjoyed the continental breakfast, they had a great variety. Close to many attractions, dining and entertainment. We’ll return again.

We were family of 4 still got one of the worse room which was corner room. I requested but I got info that entire hotel is booked and they prefer 1 night stay customer over 3 nights. No one listen so have to stay and terrible stay compared to all other hotels I stayed. Staff missed cleaning and when called then offer cleaning like changing towels like crazy. When I ask for anything like tissue paper , fork spoons as nothing was provided so reception said come down to get it compared to other hotels they bring to you. I asked cleaning staff they said it’s crazy you should stay and we will bring to you. Breakfast was great , breakfast server was great, hotel location is perfect. At the end I will not stay in this hotel just for breakfast and location as there are lot around there.

The breakfast was very nice. The Gym space and pool was very cleaned The location is Amazing !! Certainly when my next return I will stay at this place.
