"Beautiful property in an exclusive neighborhood. House was everything that was advertised. Kitchen was modern with most modern appliances. The house is designed to give all rooms privacy with separation from living area. View of the pool was stunning with sunsets dead center. Pool tiles around steps need to be re finished as some are rough on edges. Pool water was a little cool to some guests. Beach chairs and toys was appreciated . Everyone had a great time"

"We stayed here for about 11 days in Feb/March. We had a wonderful time and loved the property. We had 5 adults and 2 young kids (5 and 2) and it suited every one of us perfectly. The pool is great, the kitchen is well equipped, and the beds are comfy. Great location! Would stay there again and highly recommend!"

"We loved our stay at this house. We had 5 adults and 2 children and had plenty of space. The property has a unique design where the 3 families could each have privacy with their own room and bathroom. The view from the back porch was breathtaking for every sunrise and sunset. The only downside was that the pool wasn't heated (as are most pools in Hawai'i) so the pool was pretty chilly and we didn't swim at all. Other than that we had a great experience and will likely book again if we go back!"

"Great location, pool & layout. Washing machine had issues From the start and quit halfway through our stay. Handyman came to work on it but needed to order a part. Need pool towels and a keurig coffee machine."

The fees do add up to be a lot , but we knew about them prior to booking and just included them in the cost per night when budgeting. It's a little far away from kailua, but with the full kitchen next time we will do a few meals at the resort "

"We had a great, relaxing time while we were there. 3 pools along with 3 free BBQ grills to use. Next to the ocean and a golf course. We didn't need air conditioning since the trade winds either from over the mountains or the ocean keep the condo cool day and night. We will return again and request to stay at Kanaloa at Kona by OUTRIGGER again."
