"Lovely place and staff are friendly. When I got to my room the towels and toilet paper, and complimentary water hadn’t been replaced so I had to call to request some. Also my trip was over Easter and I was there to relax and get some good quality rest and a sleep in that I don’t get at home but had housekeeping knocking at the door at 8am, which was quite early. Overall a lovely stay but just the little things, that do matter when you pay a lot for a room over a few days. "

"Nuestra experiencia en Adina Citylife Auckland comenzó en circunstancias poco sencillas, ya que el día de nuestra llegada varias calles alrededor del hotel estaban cerradas por trabajos de reparación. Además, tuvimos un problema con una eSIM que habíamos comprado y ella, con una enorme disposición, nos ayudó incluso a instalar una nueva. Son ese tipo de apoyos que uno nunca espera recibir dentro de un servicio hotelero, y precisamente por eso marcan una diferencia enorme. Su tacto, calidez, paciencia y profesionalismo merecen un reconocimiento especial, porque no solo atiende huéspedes: representa impecablemente el nivel de servicio y hospitalidad de la marca Adina. La habitación fue espectacular, impecable y sumamente confortable. La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, y nuestra experiencia fue tan positiva que decidimos continuar nuestras siguientes reservaciones dentro de la misma cadena hotelera Gracias Shrutika!!"

"The Concierge services are amazing and Gustavo is just exceptional! The staff is lovely. The improvement would be for international travelers to get early check in at 8 am after a 15 hr plus flight and have late check out for 5 pm to early the last day before going to the airport at 6 pm for a night flight back to another continent. we would wish all hotels to adopt theses standards of services-like the ole’days of traveling. Hilton Auckland was so much better than Doubletree -Christchurch! "

"The staff is very friendly. The room was very clean. We did the breakfast buffet and it was really delicious and had a lot of options to choose from. We arrived very early in the morning and the staff brought our suitcases to a secure room till our room was ready. The room was available earlier than announced. We also had dinner in the hotwl restaurant and it was very good."
