"Very friendly welcome by the team. Checked out 18th April at about 9am. Guy on front desk might want to smile and look at guest as they drop their room cards, thank them for their stay and hope to see you again comment would be nice :-). The sane guy dropped my bag on the floor when I picked it up from storage. Maybe he’s just having a bad day? Spacious room. Took forever for the hot water to get to the tap - so heaps of wastage! (Room 1404). Rooms are starting to look a bit tired. But, we keep coming back - stay each week and the front desk is usually really helpful. So all in all - a good stay :-) "
