"Stayed two nights. Had a very nice room on the 12th floor. Check-in at 3:00 p.m. was fast and easy. Hotel was very modern and very tastefully decorated, and it has a very nice onsen (with sauna). "We only stayed one night here but we had a great experience from check in to check out. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Lovely restaurants in the area. We ate a delicious dinner at a Chinese restaurant in the Ginza area called Jang Jang Go. The inside of the restaurant was beautiful. Next to it was a Swiss bakery where we found treats to enjoy later. The most significant thing that happened during our stay was a 6.6 earthquake at 11:15 pm approximately 74 km away in the water...

"The place was perfect! The space was big, the bed was big and the toilet was big! We felt really comfortable and made the mistake of staying inside for far too long when Kumamoto has so much to offer. It was also walkable to the castle and the shopping arcade. There was even a massage chair in our room! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will stay in other Daiwa hotels in our future stay."
