Room was amazing and very open. The staff was amazing. The breakfast you could choose between western and Japanese both of which were delicious

Large and comfortable room

Lovely large queen room with very comfortable bed. So big you wouldn't think you're in Japan unless you looked out the window towards the Castle!

Good location. Central to most attractions being close to the castle. We only spent a night in kumamoto but felt that this hotel was good value. Parking in front of the hotel was a bit tight depending on the spots available. They do have another parking area though. Hotel was clean and as described in the listing. Overall, a good stay.

The entire building is old and was a reminiscence of early 2000 in decor. However the staff is very attentive and welcoming.

何度か利用してさせていただいておりますが、毎回ホスピタリティの高さに満足しております。 水回りは多少、年月を感じるものの、大変清潔で、快適に過ごすことができました。 今回はキャッスルビューのお部屋で、城を眺める事もでき、熊本をより感じることができました。3階のお部屋だったので、次回は上の階からの眺めも見てみたいと感じました。 また利用させていただきます。
