"Room was very nice reasonable size with queen bed- good pillows. Nice size shower/bathtub and bathroom space. Desk and closet. The lights operation was frustrating there is a main switch for all light power in the room then each light had to be switched on and off manually with its direct switch. The breakfast was good but you can feed your whole family for what it costs for a single breakfast at $42. Be aware if you’re taking the train to get here with luggage there is a big hill to get to the front entrance- maybe take a taxi out of the shinagawa station. The shinagawa station has plenty to eat and direct access to shinkansen(bullet train)"

"Our second stay here and really easy access to both Disney parks. Big choice of western and Japanese for breakfast. Hotel has an inbuilt convenience store but the onigiri shelf was usually empty at the times we wanted to buy some."

"This hotel is simply reaching end of service life. Needs a major renovation. We chose it so that we can ride Narita express the next day. There is very few things around the hotel. It's not worth it. Pick something else if you dont need proximity to station."

What I like about this hotel is the breakfast buffet is amazing but I feel like you need to book it at the same time that you book your hotel. If you decide to do it daily, it’s a lot more expensive train stations are located within five minutes and right across the street. There’s a 7-Eleven in Lawson."
