Regarding the issues of the jets as per health regulations a person is only supposed to be in a hot tub no longer than 15 minutes. This is why we have put a maximum time on how long the jets run. I am also sorry that you felt the beds were hard as we get numerous comments on how soft they are. Pool towels are located at the front desk. If asked for them we would have been more than happy to have provided you with some. The room type that you originally booked didn't fit this specific request. You were then contacted prior to your arrival about this and agreed to the changing of rooms. Regarding the refund, it can take 3 to 5 business days to show back up on your credit card depending on your bank. We refunded it on our end on March 24th.
