Really loved this hotel. Location was perfect, room was larger than most Japanese hotel rooms. Can be loud outside, but couldn’t hear it from my room. Really appreciated they had slippers in my size (30cm)

The staff was amazing, amenities were amazing, the benefits from my Expedia level were great, only gripe I have was the shower curtain was a little moldy (would have been more of a problem if we stayed more than 1 night). Aside from that, amazing location and would definitely recommend!

I honestly had such a wonderful stay at Shinsaibashi Arty Inn Osaka! ❤️ The lobby is simple and understated, so at first you might not expect too much, but once you get to the room, you’ll see how nice the hotel really is. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I really appreciated how well-stocked everything was. The amenities and supplies were top-notch, and you can tell they put thought into making guests feel comfortable. What I also loved was the location. There are so many little restaurants around the hotel, and it’s within walking distance of lots of good food and shopping. After a long day of exploring Osaka, it was so nice to just walk around the area, grab something good to eat, and head back to a comfortable room. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Arty. It felt comfortable, convenient, and welcoming, and it definitely became one of the highlights of my Osaka trip. I would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka! 🇯🇵❤️

Great Stay in Good Location

A very clean and central stay near Shinsaibashi. Their single room seems to be a bit bigger than usual, and I really enjoyed them having the large communal bath, as well as the ladies corners, where we can relax and refresh.

I have stayed here multiple times due to its convenient location and excellent service. Being so close to multiple train stations and hot spots and also leaving the room key at the front desk when you head out is great since you don’t have to worry about ever losing your room key. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka, as I will continue to book here whenever I am in the area.

This is a wonderful hotel within walking distance to Dotonbori and several train stations. The hotel was quiet and clean, and the area felt really safe. I especially enjoyed using the public bath and the ladies spa room. Staff are all very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel with excellent amenities. Good location and beds were nice and comfy. I used the onsen and womens room, they were both great and I loved having so many things available to get ready with. Staff were friendly and helpful, Family mart located in the building is great!
