The room is clean but the mattress is not very comfortable, and it’s a smoking floor… maybe I didn’t mention my request in Expedia booking. The staff are nice, especially the lady helped me for checking in. The public bath is good too, especially it provides massager for great relaxation!

I have stayed here multiple times due to its convenient location and excellent service. Being so close to multiple train stations and hot spots and also leaving the room key at the front desk when you head out is great since you don’t have to worry about ever losing your room key. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka, as I will continue to book here whenever I am in the area.

Lovely hotel with excellent amenities. Good location and beds were nice and comfy. I used the onsen and womens room, they were both great and I loved having so many things available to get ready with. Staff were friendly and helpful, Family mart located in the building is great! Great Stay in Good Location

A very clean and central stay near Shinsaibashi. Their single room seems to be a bit bigger than usual, and I really enjoyed them having the large communal bath, as well as the ladies corners, where we can relax and refresh.

I really enjoy this hotel. Very well located, good check in experience. The room is quiet despite the busy area it is in. Maybe the shower is too small for larger persons. The bed is comfortable, good size room and everything is close

Convenient location

At main shopping area, lot of restaurants and choices. Hotel interiors are new and clean. Many different kinds of amenities provided by Hotel. Other than onsen, women had an addition rest room, provided different kinds of hair equipment and facial tools. Compare with other business hotels, the room size not too small.

Great hotel in the great location

The room is decent in size. It's quite clean. The location is fantastic. It's close to all of the main attractions. There are many good restaurants in the neighborhood. There's also a public hot bath in the hotel which is definitely the highlight. The staff are super friendly.

Tremendously convenient location with amazing staff who are available for assistance at all hours of the day. Clean room, centrally located near tourist attractions and transit. Added benefit of having a map in the elevator that displays some restaurants that open for breakfast as most places don’t open until closer to lunch time.

The room was clean and in good condition. The window in the room had a blurry film, so you couldn't see the view and it felt like you were in a basement even though it was on the 10th floor. WiFi worked well.
