"Very near HND airport and train."

"7th floor lounge is great. For guests who are jet lagged and have sleeping roommates, the 7th floor is a great place to hang out and read a book, watch TV, grab a snack and a drink, etc., in a very comfortable place. We also had a super rainy day and fortunately the hotel had plenty of extra umbrellas for guests who were caught without one. I made a note on a previous review about taking copies of ID for Japan residents, and a manager responded within one day, apologizing and saying that they were going to review that policy with their staff. I appreciated that my concern was heard. "

"The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to a non japanese speaker. Location of the hotel was right next to the primary train station I used. The breakfast was always yummy and filling for the adventures. Room cleaning service did a bang up job of ensuring my room was clean and my belongings were untouched. 10/10 experience!"
