"As others have said the building is under renovation. Our first morning there was a Friday and the crew showed up but it was raining too hard. Then the weekend so we did not have work going on while we there. We did have scaffolding in front but it didn't spoil the view or our time on the lanai. "As a fellow beach condo renter, I know there is not much you can do (besides contact every government official who represents you) about the neighborhood - but the homeless encampments from just past Ko’Olina to Makaha were appalling. I felt safe in the building and on the beach, but worrying about theft on my vacation should not be a priority. "We really enjoyed the condo, especially having two bathrooms was very convenient. Everything was clean and the property manager was responsive and had a clear check-in check out process.
