"Great for families. Excellent location near beach. Walking distance to many good locations such as shopping and dining."

"The room we were in had water soaked in to the rug in front of the sliding doors leading to the balcony. Didn’t dry up the entire stay. TV also do not work, not the biggest issue for us. The one side of the pool with the water slide was also not in use for a couple days. Food at the restaurants was just okay. Overall not terrible but will be going somewhere else next year for our trip."

"I came here as a single mom with seven kids ranging from 18 to 7. The breakfast was a huge selling point and amazing. Being downtown and close to the beaches was also wonderful. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable."

"The location of this hotel is one of the best. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff is very accommodating. That said, the hotel could use major renovations. The self parking in parking structure is one of the worst and there’s no elevator service in the main structure. If the parking is full, you must park at the international market place. EV charging is available for non Tesla cars unless you carry your own adapter. I rented a Tesla (no adapter provide) and had to pay for parking at the international market plus the cost of charging or you could drive to Pearlridge mall to charge your Tesla without paying for parking. Overall, I really enjoyed myself and had a nice stay. "

"A perfect stray ! Can’t ask for more. The only thing about the place is that it’s super crowded and often noisy (industrial fans and construction) when in balcony and pool. Despite all, I would choose to stay at this place again."

"Best stay in Waikiki ever. The room was well kept, room service was on point making sure to clean up and restock daily. My favorite experience was the lounge area which includes a nice little bar, hot tub, lounge furniture and the infinity pool. Kid friendly and clean just the way I like it. Beach was right across the street and McDonalds on the corner across the street. Perfect for a quick bite. Food trucks around the corner and just a beautiful place to stay. We’ll be back next year. "My second stay there. Excellent location. Excellent room and amenities. Restaurant on premises is excellent. balcony view is fabulous. Lots of activities and wonderful pool and chairs and cabanas. If another hotel was cheaper I would not stay there and expensive hotels in that area do not measure up to everything this hotel has to offer. Great for singles, families and an older crowd as well. The beach is directly across the street. It’s at the end of the long strip of hotels and is quiet and has little traffic noise. Ten stars."
