Maui Sands is full of Old Hawaiian Charm and is a great place to spend your vacation! Whether your "Family" is made of parents and children, college friends, girls or guys week out, or whoever you call family this condo will help you have a wonderful experience. This ground floor condo has a walkout lanai or patio that has a backyard feel with lush tropical landscaping providing some privacy and quick access to the pool and ocean. Fresh white paint, Luxury Vinyl Planking flooring (wood look and waterproof), new bathroom tile, and marble countertops blend with Hawaiian accents for a clean modern island aloha feel.

The kitchen is the center of the home. Everything you need to cook for your family is provided. The propane BBQ is close by next to the Pool for fun and relaxing dinners.

The bedroom on the left has a California King size bed and the right bedroom has a Twin over Full bunkbed with a twin trundle pull out. The sofa sleeper in the living room is queen size and has a comfortable foam topper.

Maui Sands Condos are close to the Best Beaches, Restaurants, Grocery Stores, Farmers Market, Food Trucks, Hiking, Biking, Whale Watching, Turtle Watching, and so much more! Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets as you sit on the ocean wall viewing deck. You will love this place.
