We picked this hotel for our son’s senior high school trip. The location is Amazing! The convenience to Whalers, restaurants and the ocean was excellent. We’ve walked by this hotel for so many years and finally booked here. Our room was renovated with contemporary decor. The pool was terrific and they had complementary chairs for the beach. The concierge was extremely accommodating and was able to easily accept our Instacart order.

Our room was a great size (king bed) and included a balcony with partial ocean view, kitchen (equipped with stove, oven, fridge), and laundry available on each floor. Number one bonus to this resort is the location. You can’t beat the proximity to the Whaler shopping area and Black Rock and the beach is the most beautiful beach on Maui. The room was good, the bathroom in our particular units is difficult to get in and out of, so if you have mobility issues it’ll be a struggle. The hotel is clean and very nice. Staff were friendly. Highly recommend.
