"This was the most lovely vacation cabin conveniently located not far from town, yet still felt private and secluded. It was beautiful! The cabin is the perfect size for a couple looking to get away for some time together.We explored the creek, went fishing in the stocked pond, relaxed in the hot tub (which overlooked the beautiful property), and spent time around the fire. It was an escape from the fast-paced lifestyle we are so accustomed to, and we're already making plans to return again in the future. The ability to wash dry laundry was a lifesaver and so convenient! The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, dishware, and the like, and with the grocery store not being too far away, it made dinner a breeze!We explored Lake Lure & Chimney Rocks State Park, made the trek out to Bryson City and Deep Creek Campground for some whitewater tubing (so fun), enjoyed a ride with Riverside Riding Stables, and spent time in nearby downtown Rutherfordton. We truly made the most wondeful memories together and we look forward to returning again someday soon!"
