"This property was as it was pictured on the site. The kitchen is well stocked with needed items. I loved the real plants situation around the apartment. The hostess and her daughter were friendly and kind. I felt the area was safe. I was very grateful to have off street parking. :)"

"Our stay was lovely. The room is beautifully decorated and the location was perfect for spending 2days at the Biltmore. My only comment would be to book you Biltmore tickets ahead of time. The advertisement stated that you get a free Biltmore ticket if you book The Rose Room. This is correct, but you have to go through a 3rd party to get the ticket and I didn’t receive that information till the day we checked in. I then had to buy an additional ticket for my husband and coordinate the times."

We had more than enough room to spread out with our two pups, and Mara gave us a great recommendation to try the new coffee & cocktail spot- Grey Hawk. It was outstanding. We will definitely be hoping to stay at Bill’s Bungalow again in the future!"

"This residence was exactly as described. It was rustic but well appointed and had a beautiful view. Our weekend there was very relaxing and the host, George, was very gracious. Although you seem to be out in the middle of nowhere you are very close to restaurants and shopping. The drive is a little difficult for those who are not used to steep hills and hairpin turns but we encountered no issues."

"Cozy Upper Room was perfect! The location was wonderful, the accommodations were superb, and the town of Black Mountain was so enjoyable! We really enjoyed eating our meals on the deck, especially our morning coffee. The birds were so vocal in the mornings! And the tub was such a luxury!! We also loved meeting Ottie and Taz, the dogs! It is extremely well located right down the street from downtown Asheville shops, restaurants and breweries. Parking is easy, and the unit is very well appointed. The art is fun, the outside sitting area is comfy, and despite being right on Biltmore Avenue, its very quiet because of the stone structure of the house. "Your own personal oasis in the middle of a really great town. The apartment was well designed and decorated. Everything was in walking distance. We especially loved people watching from the “viewing” room with the window open to let in the mountain air. Thanks for being an important part of a fantastic trip!"

"This property is a bird sanctuary! It was so peaceful and a perfect getaway. The cabin with hot tub was comfortable. We enjoyed reading on the front porch, cooking out on the grill, fire pit under the stars at night and most of all the sounds of birds chirping during sunrise. The staff was exceptionally friendly. We look forward to our next getaway to Asheville River Cabins! "
