The hotel itself was really pleasant and had a nice lobby where you could seat and drink coffee or tea, the staff were very helpful and friendly would definitely consider staying there again when I’m here next.

The location of the property is good. The suze of the room is good. The house keeping is poor and the room was dirty and was not cleaned for the duration of my stay despite my request to do so. Strong unpleasant smell comes from the bath room. Brakfast is not included and no suger, water or tea provided in the room for period of stay but for the first day. Reception staff are friendly and welcoming if not for the poor house keeping and the poor state of the accommodation I would have enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Really good value for money. Rooms a of good size with double bed as standard, clean and all bathrooms are of really good clean standards and provided with own soaps and shampoo. Staff at reception are very helpful and willing to serve at any time. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a decent, clean budget hotel

Walking distance to everything I needed. The sea food place to eat was not near. The bathroom and the room can be more clean (the toilets on the outside could be pee stain free). I like that the tea and coffee and sugar and sheets were avaliable and the laundry serves as well. The AC in April was not available, only a heater. I was disappointed about that. The front desk people are super helpful and nice.

Şirinevler'de temiz sayılabilecek bir otel.

Giriş ' te check in işlemlerini yapan Türkmenistanlı resepsiyonist ve buzdolabı bozuk olduğu için odayı değiştiren Ömer bey in yaklaşımları dostça ve yardımseverdi fakat kısa boylu ve sakallı olan kişi dostça bakmıyordu , herkes saygılı olmalı . Genel olarak temizlik fena sayılmaz , odalarda minibar yok , buzdolabı var.

ilk giriş yapmak istediğimizde resepsiyon evlilik şartı istedi, fakat rezervasyondan önce defalarca bakmamıza rağmen hiçbir şekilde öyle bir şey yazmıyordu. odalar çok pisti kettleın içindeki su duruyordu, çarşaf kirliydi, klima çalışmıyordu hatta masada içilmiş su vardı. akşam belli bir saat sonra sıcak suyu kesiyorlar havlu olarak da sadece duş havlusu koymuşlardı zaten ayak havlusu ve el yüz havlusu yoktu. kapıyı açarken bile zorlandık diğer odaların sesi bize geliyordu ses yalıtımı sıfır yani kesinlikle bu oteli tercih etmeyin

Dålig kommunikation, få som kunde lite engelska men det blev missförstånd på det mesta. Trevliga personal. Städskorna var duktiga och trevliga. Man tror att det finbs restaurang på hotellet men beställning kommer utifrån. I hissen står att restaurang finns på vån -2. Finns inga spädbarnsäng som det uppgee i info. Fick ont i rygg pg obekväm säng. Man slår fötterna/ben mot sängen hela tiden så ömma ben och fötter fick vi efter 5 nätter. Svårt att ta sig runt i staden med barnvagn. Långt ifrån alltt internationellt.
