Great for the budget

We stayed in a family room for 5. It had 2 rooms in an apartment style setting with kitchen sink. We had a comfortable stay..breakfast was also ok. Would be better if they add croissants or something to the menu. Hotel location is towards bottom of the downhill street so there is a steep climb towards the tram station. Overall it is good.

In overall everything went well , the only thing need work on it is kitchen staff , and breakfast . Is very small area, serving lady wasn't welcome , and not everything available everyday , we went morning time and there were full and ask us come back after little bit when we came back there were nothing to eat it was at 10:00 , usually breakfast is between 8:30-10:30 ! Staff was eating with us and didnt care about us . About changing sheet , they just tidying up not chaning at all , only once been chnged , lots of dust inside propert not been hoovering . Another things is really need work on it , supply hot water , first day as soon as we arrived my kids and my husband washed them self and i went in there wasnt hot water , it was late at night , i had to wash my self with cold water , we got there to late made me so anxious, this was all our stress whole week and we could wash our self everyday , some times i had to wash my self and some day my kids , which is been out all day you need wash yourself !
