"We loved staying here! We stayed for 3 nights under privileged status with a swim up room. The installations were great, we loved the lazy river, the restaurants and the bowling alley! The staff at the restaurants and bars were great.
Our only downside to the stay was actually the privilege staff and area. When we arrived, we didn't get a welcome beverage, we were supposed to get a tour of the resort the next morning from our butler, but that never happened and to be honest the communication of the butler wasn't the best. There was an issue with our adding an extra night and she wasn't really helpful.
Tbh, we would go again but we wouldn't add on the privilege. The privilege pool was directly in the sun and it was small, we spent most of our time in the aqua bars that had a bit of shade and all of the restaurants were good so I cant say that I would do it again for the priveledge restaurant.
Its a great resort & we would go back!"
