"1. The bathroom floor looked watet stained and wasn't mopped. 2. The drinking glasses were left dirty and never washed..lipstick stained. Otherwise we were very pleased with the room."

"We were a family with young kids. Had good fun, nice clean beaches, fun activities, staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were great. Overall great experience. Mosquito repellent is highly recommended. "

"Very courteous staff - housekeeping, bartenders, reception, pool staff, managers. It was all exceptional. Manager sent up champagne as we didn’t care for the mini bar selections. Food was wonderful. We ate at two of the restaurants - Kulinarium and Milan. Great food and service!! The buffet was also really good. Spacious and clean. First time at an adults-only resort, and I’ll definitely do that again. The pools were never too busy, and it was easy to find loungers. The beach was wonderful - beautiful sand and no trash. I’d go again!!!"
