Checkin staff was bland like a block of ice.. we didn’t feel welcomed, rather business as usual for the staff. Architect needs to be sacked, the design of rooms is pure fetishism, the toilet seat and the shower are literally in the room with a glass pod like round door that slides to close, not suitable for kids or families.. the hotel is geared towards romantic escapades only, plus the hair in your bed if you like it. Would not recommend it."
